Could you (OS 10.3.x user) help me to test this app?

It’s built in OS 10.4 (the default binary doesn’t work under OS 10.3), and I tried compiling it for 10.3, but I can’t test it in such system 
This app grabs info from letour.com’s web page and displays it in a different fashion (like a ticker). Most probably if you can launch it, it will work. If you could test it from 12:30 GMT+2 thru 17:00 GMT+2, it would be nice, as these are the times when the pages are updated… Thanks!
