I’m reaching out because I’m in need of some professional help.
I’m the owner of a small law firm, and for work, I’m required to save most of the emails I receive (and their attachments) locally, in separate folders based on the different matters.
Over the years, I’ve asked a programmer to create a script that worked perfectly with Mail.
But now I’m testing macOS Tahoe, and unfortunately, the script has stopped working.
The programmer who wrote it is now working for software company and thus he can’t help me anymore. So, I’m on the lookout for a professional who can fix and improve the script I’ve always used for a fee.
Unfortunately, the issue hasn’t been resolved yet.
I understand that you’ve already developed an application, but I have my own workflow. I’ve saved many years of emails in PDF format using a unique method.
It’s actually quite simple: for the email, use AAAAMMDDHHMM_sender name.PDF, and for any possible attachments, use AAAAMMDDHHMM_original attachment name.ORIGINAL EXTENSION.
I had a script that did this correctly until I upgraded to the current version of MacOS.
I worked on such a script a while ago. Let me check if I can find the script and if it still works under Tahoe. You can contact me directly at xxx@xxx.de .
