how do I get/set checkbox values in filemaker 8?

G’day

I’ve got a filemaker data base that has three fields, each with 17 checkboxes.

I need to be able to read the check boxes, and also set them, using Applescript. I’ve been trying to find something on the net, to no avail.

Anybody able to guide me?
