I’m a newbie. I want to be able to launch a script using an iCal alarm event that will send an e-mail message on a specific date in the future. I have learned how to open a file with an iCal alarm, though I have not figured out how to launch a script that way. It seems that if I want to run a script I must go and find the file first. But I really want to schedule an e-mail that will be sent automatically in the future. Any takers?
