Open iTunes preferences, select “Store” and click the “Automatically download album artwork”. It can take quite a while depending on the state of your iTunes library.

Alternate method: (for individual tracks)

Copy/paste or drag and drop an image into the “Get Info” /“Artwork” pane. Lots of images on the net.

Alternate method 2: (can do multiple files)

Download a script to do the job for you. http://binged.it/1LOp1cD

Note:
iTunes can show a script menu in the menu bar. Simply add a new folder to your “~/Library/iTunes/” folder named “Scripts” if it doesn’t already exist.
