How to change app name and menu in Xcode 4.1

Hi,

i would like to know how to change the menu app name.
My Xcode project is called for example xyz but when the app is compiled and launched i world like that main menu show a more descriptive long name.
Also, what’s the difference between build for profiling and build for archiving? Archiving is the old Xcode “release”. Right? But profiling? Need to be used of can be disabled in some preferences?

See here: http://xcodebook.com/2011/04/renaming-projects/. It is buggy, though – if you still have Xcode 3, it’s more reliable there.

Profiling and Archiving both build release versions. Profiling also has a keyboard shortcut…
