In Entourage 2004, the user can select a message, press command-; and display a list of all available categories with a checkbox beside each one. He can then select which categories he wants, click OK, and tag the selected message(s) with the selected categories. I want to create the same functionality with Entourage projects.
I need a script that will get the list of Entourage projects, present them to the user in a dialog box with a checkbox next to each one, and then assign these projects to the selected messages when the user presses OK.
Does this sound feasible? Is this a fairly straight-forward AppleScript project or is this going to take something more robust? If the former, can someone please post a code snippet?
I am knew to AppleScript and trying to hack my way through. I just need a little guidance! Thanks so much.
