Hi, I’m new on this forum ! The reason I’m here is that I’ve accepted to help a friend of mine in cleaning a database. I’ve been given a 25000 urls excel file to clean up !
The method is quiet simple. I’ve got lots of url in e-mails, and I must find in the excel file the matching URL. When I succesfully found it, I have to write a little N in the cell next right the URL.
I didn’t expected such a big file, so, I wondered if it was possible to Applescript a mouse click.
I’d like to open the mail manually “in Mail.app”, I’d click on the URL found in this mail, and the little N would be automatically written in the cell in the right in the Excel file.
Is it possible ?
Thanks.
