How to perfom a drag and drop action using something like "cliclick"

I am in need to perform a very long task. I have to remove files from a Web Application that contains over 10,000 files. The only way to do this is by doing a drag and drop on each file. But it is programmed in Flash, so unfortunately I cannot perform a regular file search.

I would like to know if someone here knows of a way to use something like cliclick to give the starting coordinates and the End coordinates where the mouse should release?

I have played with Cliclick for a bit, but it does not seem to have that ability.
