Obviously there isn’t an applescript solution for this but a lot of people here are great Mac programmers and might know the answer. Is there an existing class someone has created that say can handle syntax highlighting in a text view? I’m trying to write an app that catalouges HTML source code but I need the HTML to have the proper syntax hilighting. Anyone know and can help? Thanks! <3

take a look at Smultron. The open source text editor is written in ObjC and has included
a syntax highlighter also for HMTL
