I use Quickbooks to add my invoice to iCal.
I would like to move all events containing the word Invoices to another calendar.
Can this be done via applescript or automator?
What I would really love to do is change how Quickbooks adds invoices to iCal
– change the calendar it saves to
– change the name it displays in the event. Currently it displays “Invoice:client’s name”. Some clients have more than one invoice on the same day. I would rather the event be the project name.
Until I, or more like someone else, figures out how to change those things in Quickbooks, I will be happy with an iCal script or action.
