Can any one help me to install or configure ImageMagick on my Mac OS X v10.3.8.

If you can describe what you are having trouble with - I’m sure we can walk you through it. If your willing to go for a little older build of IM - but with a lot less install hassels - I reccomend http://www.entropy.ch/software/macosx/#imagemagick
Generaly speaking - make sure you have the Mac OS X Developer tools installed before you attempt any of this stuff.
