I have searched this forum but I cannot find a solution to this and I know it’s an AppleScript folder action that can do it, I assume.
I’m dropping or moving a pdfs to a folder. What I would like to do is pass the name of the pdf (all are uniquie) to a filemaker path for importing. I can’t figure this out and I bet it’s AppleScript 101 material.
The Filemaker script part of it is easy for me to figure out. What I can’t figure out is how to pass the PDF file name that is dropped into the folder to the Filemaker script that will do the import.
Any help in the right direction would be appreciated.
