INDESIGN CS - select all text frames

Hi !
would anyone know how to do this:
Select all text frames on the page
change all text frame options Inset Spacing Top, Left, Bottom and Right all to 0

Reason I need it is because I am changing all my Quark pages to Indesign and all textframes always have some sort of spacing after conversion, so I need to click on every one and change it… this script would help a lot.

Here is the script that can do that and something else. Comment out things that you don’t need.
