While totally agreeing with what Marc has told you I would add my own experience which was that I switched from using Vremya to Jeremy Kezer’s NetChronometer (they both do the same thing) a couple of years ago - I can’t remember why - and have used it daily ever since without problem. I therefore suggest that you try both.
If by any chance - unlikely in this day and age - but if by any chance you use FreePPP then you don’t need a script. You can ask FreePPP to launch NetChrono or Vremya on connection - or, viceversa, ask the app to connect when it launches. Failing this then obviously follow Marc’s suggestions.
