i realize that this is the opposite of what this great forum is really about, and for that i apologize 
but… I have little understanding of javascript and need to be able to run an applescript using some server based software that only supports javascript (running on an XServe running OS X server)
or… if that is not possible it must be possible to run an application through javascript, so if i save the script as an application would that work? if so, could you let me know how to do that please
