As per Subject, I’d like to be able to time incoming mail to fractions of seconds.
I’m using the time in seconds to re-name archived mail. and am concerned about the possibility of same-named files during daylight saving changover.
Odds are slim, I know, but murphys law guarantees a conflict. 
I can’t check for an existing same-named filename, because the mail is stored in multiple client named folders (can be 100’s of them).
The file name are being used for job numbers, so I don’t want duplicates.
