iTunes "Command F" for full screen

Hello,

I’d like to make a program that will allow me to use the classic iTunes full screen command, “Command + F” while watching videos, with this program running.

Also, I’d like to allow this program to run in the background without an appearance on the dock.

Any ideas of how I might to do this?
