iWork 08: Numbers Not Scriptable?

I just got iWork 08. I was really excited about Numbers and scripting some tasks I have put off since I don’t care to learn Visual Basics to script Excel. Anyway, Script Editor says that it is not scriptable! Anyone know if we have hope that it will be in an update? Seems strange…

Glad to read this thread. I was just about to purchase iWork08 but if it’s not scriptable, I’ll press on with my old copy of Excel X which while a bear to script, is at least scriptable.

When Pages came out it wasn’t scriptable too.
They added scripting support with a minor update.
But please don’t quote me on that :wink:
