Hi,
This is hardly AppleScript, but I couldn’t find the answer anywhere. Anybody know how to set the initial size of a java window. When I compile the following and run it with ‘do shell script’ or anyway for that matter, the window is too small.
/*
- HelloWorldSwing.java is a 1.4 example that
- requires no other files.
/
import javax.swing.;
public class HelloWorldSwing {
/**
* Create the GUI and show it. For thread safety,
* this method should be invoked from the
* event-dispatching thread.
*/
private static void createAndShowGUI() {
//Make sure we have nice window decorations.
JFrame.setDefaultLookAndFeelDecorated(true);
//Create and set up the window.
JFrame frame = new JFrame("HelloWorldSwing");
frame.setDefaultCloseOperation(JFrame.EXIT_ON_CLOSE);
//Add the ubiquitous "Hello World" label.
JLabel label = new JLabel("Hello World");
frame.getContentPane().add(label);
//Display the window.
frame.pack();
frame.setVisible(true);
}
public static void main(String[] args) {
//Schedule a job for the event-dispatching thread:
//creating and showing this application's GUI.
javax.swing.SwingUtilities.invokeLater(new Runnable() {
public void run() {
createAndShowGUI();
}
});
}
}
Thanks,
