I’m not 100% sure how to log my script as it goes along? And how do you tell the log script where to go?

Model: MacBook Pro
Browser: Safari 533.17.8
Operating System: Mac OS X (10.6)

I think the best place to store logs is in ~/Library/Logs. How to format your log? Do what’s best in your opinion.
