Mac Address Book—Script to change all entries to Title Caps?

The entries in my address book are all different when it comes to capitalization of the names and addresses.

I know next to nothing about scripting, but is there a way to globally change all the names and addresses to Title Caps?

OSX 10.7.5, Address Book 6.1.3 (1091)

Address Book? Which OS X version are you working with?

As for global changing, the most efficient script structure would simply access whichever fields you like of every entry, and analyze/change each entry. Is that what you mean?

Hi, thanks for replying. I was able to find a script that worked beautifully. But yes, that’s what I was looking for.
