The new Black Berry Desktop Manager has a bug. If a name in a particular address book has a blank first name but a last name entry then the BB Desktop Manager at time of syncing copies the mobile or any other number as the first name. Hence for example:
First name: blank
Last name: Smith
Mobile:+1 888 888 8888
Will show up in the BB as:
1 888 888 8888 Smith
Mobile: 1888 888 8888
I would like a script that finds all entires with no first name, copies all the last names to first and leaves the first name blank. Doing this manually is a real time consumer. All for example if you have:
Prefix: Dr.
First name: blank
Last name: Smith
in the blanck berry it shows as:
Dr. Smith
Mobile:
Please can someone help?
