I don’t seem to be able to set the state of a menu item to off state once it’s been set to on state. The item just remains checked. Does anybody know why this is or what I may be doing wrong?
Thanks
Dan

Jon
This isn’t the exact code, but I’ve tried this and it doesn’t work. It turns it on, but it stays on no matter what. I’ve tried fooling with the “next state” command but I get command errors. Don’t know if applies to menu item. If you know that it does, can you give me an example? Would be nice to have that available so I don’t have to do any checking on the state.
According to the AS Studio dictionary, the state is designated by an integer so try:
