Mounting volume in Tiger without username and pass in script?

Hello,

I am trying to do a mount volume in Applescript in Tiger without using the username and password in the script. Basically I want the Finder to prompt you to login via AFP. mount volume “afp://myserver/myshare” use to work in Panther which would prompt you for the username and pass in the Finder. This does not work in Tiger anymore. Anyone have any ideas or having the same problem?

Have you thought of crating an alias to the server and opening that?

Don’t know if it would work, just something to try.
