The 2011 version of Outlook had a script included in the software to create a task from a email.
The 2016 version doesn’t have that (only the PC version has a script that allows you to drag a email on top of the tasks folder to convert it to a task.
If anyone knows of such a script I would appreciate the information.

Sometimes it sends a message that I need to select a email before using the script - even though the email is selected already.
