Putting an AppleScript app into the menubar

I have an Applescript that I want to make into a small app. I want it to be in the upper right part of the screen with the WiFi meter, time, and spotlight stuff. I just want it to by a drop down menu like GMail Notifier and when you click a menu item, the script I have launches. Is there any easy way to do this?

Mine is probably a bit more intensive in coding from what i saw but does offer more features
