quicktime movie scale video track

I would like to scale the video track of a quicktime movie from 720 x 480 to 640 x 480. In quicktime i can do that by going in the ‘Movie Properties’, click on ‘Video Track’ and changing the ‘Scaled Size’ fields. I’d like to change those using applescript if possible.

Can something similar be done for positioning Text Tracks?
I want to add a text track via applescript, but I want it to appear below the movie.
