Relocating subfolders based on the total folders size less then 19 gb

I am first trying to search a folder for all of its contents. Then I would take the first folders that add up to under 19gb’s and move them to a new folder. Any ideas?

Someone has written a script here (search for it) to divide up a large folder full of files and folders into CDROM-sized chunks. The same techniques will work for you.
