rotate page of PDFpen

Hi

Does anyone know how to rotate a page in PDFpen by i.e. 10 degrees? According to the dictionary it should work, but I can’t get it to work

I don’t have PDFPen so I can’t tell you how to do it there, however, you could use Imagine Photo (free) to do it:
