Running AppleScripts at startup

I have to admit, this is teh basics…

Where do I put teh applescripts that I compiled so they will run automatically on startup (and/or on logon of any user on teh machine?)

Unlike 10.2, there isn’t a Login pref. pane, and there is not a startupitems in the root system folder…

Thanks for anyone who can help/point me to that direction

Login items have been moved to the Accounts pref.pane. Select the user and then select the Startup Items tab to the right.
This should work for AppleScripts.
