Safari and Applescript

I’m trying to make a project that opens a link in a Safari Window from Applescript.

What my problem is controlling the window when presenting this link
What I would like to do is

set bounds of window 1

set the window to have no address bar, no status bar, no buttons, no directorys or bookmarks. Something similar to a popup window with bound control. :rolleyes:

Any help would be appreciated.
