Saving Transmit Favorites

Hi everyone,

Just got a Mac and I’m a web Developer whose been on Linux for years. As such I’m wanting to streamline a lot of my workflow by creating some Applescripts to automate tasks.

Basically the main thing that I want to do is to be able to create Transmit Favorites from within a script. I’ve had a look at the Transmit dictionary and there doesn’t seem to be a straightforward way of doing this. Does anybody have any suggestions as to the best way to automate this?

I’m also looking to automatically create Textmate Projects as well from certain directories.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I think they are stored in a cache or caches. Mine looks like this and it’s readable as text. I’ve never tried to change it in any way, however. “~/Library/Caches/Metadata/Transmit/93915440-D5E9-11D9-8BEC-000502D18671.transmitFavorite”
