Script Editor quit unexpectedly message

I get this message now regularly when opening Scrip Editor.

Here is what happens. I have scripts that after running fine for years now crash from time to time and the dialog box allows me to open the script (I do this as I want to see what script is causing this) and after I close the script Scrip Editor crashes.

This is the message:

Script Editor quit unexpectedly.
Click Reopen to open the application again. Click Report to see more detailed information and send a report to Apple.

OS 10.15.7.

Those script (or, scripts) crash with Script Debugger as well? If not, then try to delete all plist files of the Script Editor. In other case, problematic is the script itself. Debug it (step by step) to find problematic code line.

I realise maybe some more info is needed. The scripts are saved as applications. They run daily from en event in Calendar.

Also some days they run fine and if I run them manually they never crash.

So given this, would Script Debugger help here?
