Scripting for Entourage X 10.1.6

Somebody help me!
I’m trying to create an email newsletter.
I understand that I need to create a html file and then insert that into Entourage. In order to view the html properly I think I have to add a new script to the Entourage Script Menu Items folder. I have sourced one from Paul Berkowitz but when I place the script into the folder it does not appear in the Script Items list when in Entourage.
What am I doing wrong? And is this the correct way anyway?

AppleScript: 2.0
Browser: Firefox 1.5.0.4
Operating System: Mac OS X (10.3.9)

You could just run it from the finder. Putting it in the Entourage scripts menu is just to make it easier to access. It should appear if you put it in the right folder, though. Did you restart Entourage?
