I never noticed this behavior before, but when an error dialog is raised, you can click on the dialog (not the buttons but the window itself) and select some or all of the text (cmd-a also works to select all) and then copy it via (cmd-c).Very helpful for catching an error. Have others noticed this? Is this a known & documented behavior? The following code will cause an error on it’s own to test this out.

I don’t know if it’s documented but I find it extremely useful when submitting bug reports. 
Dang, and all this time I’ve been writing that stuff down on scrap paper and trying to decipher what I wrote the next day, only to toss it in the trash with the other stuff I wrote down that I can’t read. I took the ‘Evellyn Wood Speed Writng’ course, but skipped the ‘Speed Reading’ course ;¬) Good tip…
i was sending the error to the clipboard when posting errors on this forum, never realised that i could do the copy and pasting.
