Send text to a text field

I would like to send my email to a text field ( file forums etc) and is there a way to send text to the field?
I could then set up a short cut to the script to make it work.

I don’t quite understand you. . . Where is this text field? Could you please elaborate?

When you posted a reply to me you did it in an edit field.
I would like to have a script that would post some text in this edit field.
So say i wanted to have it say “hi bob” I just run the script and it sends that.
