Hi folks,
how is it possible to get to know which converter is chosen in the iTunes prefs and so in use at the moment. And how can I change this? How can I set the converter to MP3 or AAC or maybe AIFF?

Sorry for this post…found out how to manage to do this…
here is the code, for anybody who is interested too…(tested with iTunes 4.1 on Panther 10.3.1)
set current encoder to encoder "AAC Encoder"
But there is still a problem…
Can I change the settings/options for such a converter in iTunes by using AppleScript?
Please help me!
