startup disk script

hi there!

i have a problem which troubled me for some times:

is it possible to write a applescript, which changes the systemfolder the system boots from,
from OS 10.3.9 to OS 9.2.2?
the 9.2.2 systemfolder is on the same partition as the OS X, and it is the only “Classic” Systemfolder on the volume.
(of course i will use an older mac, who still can boot OS 9 ;-))

With the help of this forum, I came up with two scripts that might be useful after some adjustment. Go to this thread - http://bbs.applescript.net/viewtopic.php?id=17216&p=2 - and read posts 49 and 50. I don’t have “Classic” on my computer, otherwise I’d have tried to add that to my script.
