Switching snap to guides in Quark 6.52

Hi there,

I’ve trawled the Quark dictionary but as yet haven’t found an answer to this query.
Does anyone know if it’s possible to switch ‘Snap to Guides’ on and off without using GUI scripting?

It does not look like this is scriptable without using system events…

Browser: Safari 419.3
Operating System: Mac OS X (10.4)
