Syncing contacts between Entourage 2004 and Mac Address Book

Hello,

I am just trying to sync my contacts/address etc. on my PowerBoook but am having trouble… My Google searches tell me to download the Export-Import Entourage 138 but am having problems (actually do not know what to do). I am newbie to Mac and was hoping someone could lead me in the right direction. I use Mac 0S X, by the way.
