Tex-Edit Plus Styles

: I need to insert a string of text into a Tex-Edit Plus document and the
: string needs to contain different text styles. For instance, it needs to
: look like this: Bold here Some plain text More bold here
Not known to me. It seems that both uniform styles and style runs are Tex-Edit objects; when the style changes from bold to non-bold, it’s two objects. I think that means it’s impossible. I don’t think it’s possible (without an OSAX) to set the styled text info of a string, and even then I think the info has to be uniform across the string. That is, even if I could write "set styledtext of ‘this string’ to bold, there is no way to say "set styledtext of chars 1-3 of “this string’ to bold”.
