Hello, I was wondering if anyone would mind writing me a script? I need to delete the first six characters from the file name of each item in a folder. Sorry for the trouble, but I have very little coding experience and have been unable to devise a solution.

if its the same 6 characters everytime theres a default script that comes with the finder which can do this “Trim file names”
