Hi there.
I’m trying to create some keyboard shortcuts to change the MacOS Text-To-Speech voice without having to go back and forth to System Settings.
(Chat GPT told me this is possible in theory, but could not provide the code).
The idea would be to: Press ‘1’ for the TTS to be one voice (say for instance Alex); Press 2 to change to another voice (say for example Fiona); Press ‘3’ to change to Moira. I would like to use 3 buttons and 3 different voices in total, and use a combination of Automator and Apple.Script to make this happen.
Is this possible? If so, does anyone know how? Thanks for any ideas!
