Updating a GTQ osax

I can’t seem to get the Greg Quinn osax “Kill Resource Fork” to work on items in unopened folders when written into a droplet to handle same. In OSes 8.5 and 8.6, the AS extension and presumably the Finder, tried to treat all the items as one. In 9.x I contsantly get the error message “File some object wasn’t found”.
It looks from here as if I have two options: find Mr Quinn and ask him to update a few of his osaxen, or get someone to write a version that works under more recent Mac Classic OSes in this particular situation.
Anyone’s help in this regard (including maybe getting the latest Akua Sweets osax to perform the same function) would be greatly appreciated. Kindly email as well as post your replies.

I have a script that kills resource forks without using an OSAX. I’m sending it to you via separate mail. Let me know if it does what you require…
