Using Applescript as Handler with MoreInternet

Hi,

Im having an issue setting an applescript application as the helper for a custom protocol setup with MoreInternet from http://www.monkeyfood.com/software/MoreInternet/.

I wrote an applescript application, and I try to use it as the helper for the protocol dial://. When I add the application in the MoreInternet pref pane, I close and re-open the pref pane, and the app i chose is no longer the helper app- instead it seems to have been changed to some random applescript app it found off my HD. Happens every time.

What am I missing trying to setup an AppleScript app as a helper for an internet protocol?

Maybe they’re storing the apps creator/type info and not it’s path? Try changing the Creator code on you compiled script.
